On any gourmet tour, we offer activities that appeal to traveling companions who are non-cooks as well. Rather than attending one cooking class in Puerto Vallarta, an afternoon cooking class in Punta de Mita or committing to a week-long cooking school, join our cooking tours for a well-rounded immersion in the local culture with easy-going walks, visits to sights of historic and scenic interest, and the full-time services of a local guide.
Our "Mexican Riviera" gourmet tour includes walks in thyme-scented countryside, past agave groves and farmland, through small town markets for local specialties that will be put to use in an afternoon cooking class. Mexico has a rich culinary history, 2nd richest after the Chinese who settled in Nayarit which we explore with tips from a local chef and cookbook author, meetings with farmers and artisans, and a cooking class Mexico -style in a private yacht
